DULUTH, Minn. – Western Michigan won its eighth straight game, defeating No. 6 Minnesota Duluth 4-3 on Friday night at AMSOIL Arena. The win pushed the Brown and Gold to 17-6-0 overall and 9-4-0 in the NCHC.
Zaccharya Wisdom, Grant Slukynsky, William Whitelaw and Owen Michaels had the goals for the Broncos, while Hampton Slukynsky made 34 saves in net. Slukynsky made 20 saves in the second period.
