made another addition to its 2018 recruiting class on Thursday with Northwest Rankin (Mississippi) offensive lineman Nik Hogan announcing his verbal pledge via his Twitter account.
The 6-foot-5, 265-pounder spent time on both sides of the ball in high school, but the Green Wave will utilize him along the offensive line.
Hogan is rated as a three-star prospect, according to 247Sports, and becomes Tulane's 14th commitment for the Class of 2018. He's also the team's ninth three-star commitment and the fourth along the offensive line.
Hogan's lengthy frame and athletic ability should make him a natural fit at offensive tackle in second-year coach Willie Fritz's offense.
