One of the most intriguing things that we’ve seen from the Texas Tech Red Raiders throughout the season is the way that Joey McGuire’s team has had to adjust strategically to the various quarterback injuries the Red Raiders have dealt with.
And it hasn’t just been in the simple, straightforward way of swapping the starting quarterback for the backup quarterback in the way that would be expected and desired. Unfortunately, the Red Raiders have had to navigate their starting quarterback getting hurt and then witnessing their talented freshman backup quarterback suffer an injury.
Thankfully, Behren Morton, Texas Tech’s starter, was able to return to action.
