On Thursday, the Philadelphia Eagles hosted the Tennessee Titans at home for the first week of the preseason. As expected, the Eagles didn’t suit up a good chunk of their starters for apparent purposes. Guys such as Carson Wentz, DeSean Jackson, Malcolm Jenkins, etc. were not available for the team in order to avoid injuries.
The game started off pretty competitive as the Eagles backups had a solid showing on both sides of the ball for the first few drives. Once those guys got their feet wet though, Doug Pederson pulled the guys who started the game off, and things went South for the Birds.
