With two years of experience as the starting quarterback at a Power Conference program, most people would assume that former Nebraska quarterback Dylan Raiola would start for whichever team he landed on.
However, recent reports have shared that Raiola is considering a school that could easily land him on the bench, for at least a few games, if not all of next season: the Oregon Ducks.
