It’s a changing of the guard in Durham, North Carolina, in 2015. The foundation of the program’s revitalization has moved on, and plenty of new faces are stepping into big roles for the Blue Devils. So has David Cutcliffe been the architect of a nice, but short-lived run, or has he really turned Duke into a program that can reload?
